SDPC is thrilled to announce that the Class of 2020 set a new high for our four-year, on-time high school graduation rate with 87.7%!
2020 marks the 8th year in a row that SDPC's graduation rate has risen. In 2007, SDPC's board of trustees began a dedicated effort to improve SDPC's graduation rate, which at the time was 66.7%. In addition to district achieving the highest graduation rate in our history, each of our four high schools set a new high as well.
"Our journey from 66.7% to 87.7% has created a new environment in our county, which will continue to transform the lives of the customers we serve," said Dr. Danny Merck, SDPC Superintendent.
