Registration opens August 1st for new and returning students

You will be able to log into the Parent Portal from Beeville ISD’s website.

Once you are on the site, click on Parents and Students, and you’ll find Back-to-School information including the Parent Portal. You will be able to login into your students account(s) and confirm registration for the upcoming school year. 

Should you need any assistance with registration, we will have a team available at A.C. Jones High School in the cafeteria on August 1st – 3rd from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. to assist parents and/or guardians. On August 3rd, we will have an evening registration from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Returning students must bring:

  • Proof of residence
  • Parent ID

New students must bring:

  • Report Card and/or Transcript from previous school
  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Updated Immunizations Record
  • Proof of Residency (Utility Bill etc.)
  • Parent ID
  • Custody and/or Guardianship Paperwork

Pre-K parents must contact HMD Early Childhood Center because additional paperwork is required.

Beeville ISD will provide school supplies to all students attending our school district.  We do have a Clear Backpack Policy.  Parents will need to provide backpacks this year.
