1. Access to online registrations for grades Pre-K – 5th will begin on Monday, April 15, 2024. The
first step is to complete ONE online registration for all of your students in CCSD. Please add
any new Pre-K or Kindergarten students this school year. Also, if you are living with someone,
please make sure to specify that information on your online registration.
2. When you have completed your online registration, please save your application number as
this will be needed in the office upon finishing your registration process.
3. For new Pre-K students only, please complete this link CCSD Pre-K Interest Form. Once
accepted via email, you may continue to complete the second step of the registration process.
4. The second step to the registration process is to bring your application number to the office
along with the CCSD required documents. The following documents are required:
● Online Application Number (given after completing the online registration)
● Original Birth Certificate (New to District and/or not on file)
● Current Immunization Record
● Parent/Guardian Identification
● Current Proof of Address such as:
○ Power, gas, or water bill, under parent/guardian’s name - No phone or cable statements will be accepted
○ Termination statements will not be accepted
○ If you live with someone and your name is not on the utility bill, you will need to make sure that you have specified that information on your online application. Afterwards, you will have to follow up with Shared Housing at (702) 799-8630. Cortez will not be authorized to enroll your student until Shared Housing has been processed.
5. If you forgot your Infinite Campus Parent Portal username/password or you do not have your
Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account information, please come to the front office with your
identification.
